Our Mary Jane Louallen Bilyeu & Wiett Bilyeu

King Cemetery, Missouri

I asked a question and rec'd no answer;
but when reviewing these photos I got to thinking...
Family Legend has a story that one of our ancesters died by the side of the road and was buried under a big Oak Tree.
The question I asked was:
Who was it that died on a wagon trip and was buried by the side of the road under an OAK tree?
Well, this cemetery, the King Cemetery, is alongside a country road right between fields of barns and cows!
Mary Jane & Wiett are buried here,
side by side, right in front of a large OAK tree!
So you see, there is always a wee bit of truth to most family stories!  Yes, Indeed!

Looking from rear of King Cemetery towards road.

See the large Oak Tree.

Interesting to note Mary Jane's small stone marker
